Lead Pastor – Jeff Jennings Jeff has been married to Laurie for 26 years. He has two grown daughters, a son-in-law, a 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter and 1 yr old grandson. Besides being the lead pastor of AWC who teaches, administrates and casts vision for the church, he is a licensed architect who owns his own firm. Jeff loves working out, dreaming of the future God has for His Church and soaking up the summer sun by his pool.

Co-Pastor – Laurie Jennings Laurie defines herself as a wife, mother, and friend. She is also a pastor whose heart is to connect people to the Lord and to help believers grow in their daily journey with Jesus. She teaches, leads bible studies, and loves getting to know people better over a vanilla latte at Starbucks. When she’s not working, Laurie can be found reading, playing with her grandkids, or wasting hours and hours on Facebook.

Spiritual Formation Pastor – Mark Moore Mark oversees the spiritual formation of the Arcade community, which includes Sunday Bible studies, ASFI online classes, and the Re:Collect training days. He also shares in the teaching ministry of Arcade as well as meeting other needs of the community. On Sunday nights and other random times throughout the week, he can be found hanging out with college students and young adults. Mark is married to the most beautiful wife, Kelli, and has two rowdy, amazing boys, Dylan & Beau.

Worship Creative Arts Media Pastor – Ryan Brinson Ryan loves to engage people in expressive praise and heartfelt worship. He also loves banging on the piano late at night during worship rehearsal. Ryan is married to a lovely gal named Dawn and has two crazy boys, Luke and Liam. Like any good pastor, Ryan enjoys the finer things in life—a good cup of coffee and the morning paper.

Junior High/Senior High Pastor – Brennan McCurdy Brennan is the youth director at AWC, overseeing both middle school and high school students. His passion is creating opportunities for students to intersect one another's journey while encountering them with a dangerous message, thus leading them to discover truth. Developing "real" intentional relationships with the future men and women of our generation is God's calling on his life. He "married up" if you will, to a beautiful woman named Amy. You can usually find him enjoying God's creation while fishing, hiking, or being involved in sports such as golf and basketball when not hangin' around the church.

Teaching Pastor/Domestic Missionary – Jeremiah Aja Jeremiah finds life in music, basketball, sushi, and laughing. He really loves Hostess powdered donuts. And really hates florescent lighting. After spending four years in Kentucky on a seminary hiatus, Jeremiah and Lindsay have returned from the Bluegrass with their beautiful daughter, Annabella. Jeremiah serves as part time staff as a teaching pastor, occasionally teaching on Sunday mornings and during the week. His main role within the Arcade community is domestic missionary to Sacramento, CA. Jeremiah has a heart for the reshaping of the the Church in the US, teaching others to be the church throughout the week, living on mission in the world. Children’s Director – Mary Ellen Odgers Mary Ellen Odgers thinks she’s married to the most patient man in the world. Mary Ellen and Dave have 2 grown kids, one lovely 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter and a year old grandson. Mary Ellen’s love for kids and her creativity make her an excellent children’s director. She coordinates and trains teachers for the K-5th grade programs and teaches classes when needed. Mary Ellen also enjoys shopping for her grandchildren and cooking for the masses.

Nursery Coordinator – Glennis Miller Glennis Miller and her husband Matt have four grown boys. They are so proud of all their sons, but Glennis never got over her love of caring for little ones. Fortunately for AWC, Glennis channels her energies into caring for our nursery, toddler, and preschool department. She is constantly thinking of new ways to make our kids’ program better and better - always with a focus on safety. She subs as a child development assistant for the San Juan school district and is taking classes to complete her degree in ECE. In her spare time, Glennis assists her husband in his ministry as a chaplain at drag races and car shows. Most of all she makes time for and looks forward to Grandma Days with her 1-year-old grandson, Silas.

Office Manager – Valyrie Grubaugh Valyrie and Mark have two growing boys, a teenage niece, a couple of Boxer dogs, and a houseful of laundry and love. Val oversees the day-to-day administrative operations for the church and keeps the church running smoothly. In between chauffeuring her kids around to and from various practices and games, Val very much enjoys Starbucks and an occasional night of scrapbooking.
